Julie Høi-Nielsen and Soheil Mohammadi appointed as partners

Directors Julie Høi-Nielsen and Soheil Mohammadi, both of whom are part of Mazanti Transactions, have been appointed as partners as of 1 June 2022.

These are two profiles which have excelled in their respective fields. Going forward, they will to a greater extent contribute to the continued development of Mazanti-Andersen and strengthen our market position within their respective areas of specialisation.

Julie Høi-Nielsen, 31, specialises in the formation and structuring of private equity and venture funds and venture investments. She advises several of the most reputable Danish and US venture funds. In addition, Julie works extensively with the legal framework of Impact and ESG strategies in close co-operation with investors and she is considered a leading professional in Denmark in this field. In addition, she completed her executive MBA in 2021.

Soheil Mohammadi, 37, specialises in M&A, including complex real estate transactions. Soheil is also engaged in corporate and commercial law and has extensive experience in advising both Danish and international clients on all aspects of business transfers, corporate investments, and corporate taxation.
