Mazanti-Andersen advises on the sale of Genia ApS to Advania Danmark A/S

The hosting specialist Genia ApS has been acquired by Advania Danmark A/S, which is part of the IT corporation Advania group operating in 27 locations within the Nordics with a turnover of more than DKK 5 billion.

Genia ApS was founded in 2008 and provides products, services, and consulting within IT Operations & Support, Cloud & Hosting and On-premises IT while focusing on modern hyperconverged IT infrastructure (HCI) based on HPE Simplivity design and technology.
