Viessmann Generations Group acquires ISOPLUS Group from Egeria

Mazanti-Andersen is proud to have advised Viessmann Generations Group on the Danish part of the acquisition of ISOPLUS Group, a leading European provider of pre-insulated pipe systems, from the independent investment firm Egeria Beteiligungen GmbH.

The independent family company Viessmann is today a global, broadly diversified Group specialising in sustainable energy solutions. The partnership with ISOPLUS, headquartered in Rosenheim, Germany,  leverages combined expertise to accelerate the energy transition, reduce CO₂ emissions, and enhance the green energy infrastructure across Europe, and underscores Viessmann's dedication to advancing the green energy transition.
