Daniel primarily works with Danish and international transactions, including cross-border transactions, with a special focus on venture investments. This includes due diligence processes, preparing and drafting transaction documents, as well as handling general corporate law matters.
Daniel is also a lecturer in Tort Law and Contract Law at the University of Copenhagen.
