Johan specialises in real estate and construction law, where he primarily advises in connection with real estate development, real estate transactions, including contracts in transactional and development processes, as well as with regards to construction contracts and disputes related to these. Additionally, he works with tenancy law, especially in the negotiation and drafting of both residential and commercial lease agreements.
Johan provides advice to a wide range of both Danish and international clients, including investors and property developers, and also advises on general commercial and corporate law matters.
Furthermore, Johan is specialised in litigation and arbitration cases within real estate, including particularly disputes related to construction law as well as cases concerning residential and commercial tenancy law.
