Liva is involved in Danish and international business transactions, with a special focus on capital markets law, particularly within the life science sector, including due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, and other general corporate legal matters.
Within capital markets, Liva works with, among other things, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, rights issues, private placements, and other capital market transactions.
