Mette Ravn Steenstrup advises on commercial law including litigation. Furthermore, she assists in civil law and arbitration cases, from where she has a lot of experience from for example the court of law including the Supreme Court, Maritime and Commercial High Court, arbitration on an ad hoc basis, Danish Business Authority, Environmental Board of Appeal and the Danish Arbitration Board.
Mette Ravn Steenstrup has during a number of years advised leading international trademark-, retail dealers- and production companies, hereunder Royal Scandinavia A/S, Georg Jensen A/S and Royal Copenhagen A/S amongst others in relation to group structures, logistics, production- and marketing conditions, with focus on the protection of IP market positions.
Mette Ravn Steenstrup has furthermore provided advice in respect of the development of the infrastructure for one of the largest telecommunications companies in Denmark and participated as chairman in working groups set up by the Ministry of Science, Technology Log and Development and the Telecommunications Industry in connection therewith.
Mette Ravn Steenstrup is a board member in a number of companies including as Chairman of Sun Chemical A/S.
