A&M Capital Europe has acquired majority stake in STOK Emballage
A&M Capital Europe, a private equity investment firm, has acquired a majority stake in the Danish company STOK Emballage. A&M Capital is investing in partnership with the STOK family and the existing management team, led by CEO Martin Frederiksen, who will retain a significant stake in the company. Mazanti-Andersen has advised STOK Emballage in connection with the sale.
Founded in 1978 and based on Funen, Denmark, STOK Emballage is a leading one-stop-shop distributor of protective packaging in Denmark, offering a comprehensive range of customisable and standard packaging materials, on-site machinery services, warehousing solutions and advisory services. STOK primarily serves the food & beverage, consumer lifestyle, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
London-based A&M Capital is a middle-market private equity investment firm specialising in building pan-European platform companies through buy-and-build and organic growth initiatives.
The sale to A&M Capital empowers STOK Emballage to strengthen its service portfolio and accelerate growth both within Denmark and internationally. This will be facilitated by investments in innovative processes and capabilities, aimed at enhancing existing ones and venturing into new product areas and end-markets.
