Danish fintech Flatpay raises EUR 45 million in Series B funding
Mazanti Transactions has advised Flatpay in connection with its EUR 45 million Series B funding. The investment round was led by Dawn Capital with participation from Seed Capital Denmark and other investors.
Flatpay, currently operating in Denmark, Finland, and Germany, offers a full-service payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Flatpay was founded in 2022 by serial founders Sander Janca-Jensen, Rasmus Busk, Rasmus Hellmund Carlsen and Peter Lüth. Its innovative pricing model eliminates hidden costs and fees, offering a simple flat rate for all cards with no monthly subscription for its point-of-sale and payment solutions.
The EUR 45 million in funds will be used to expand into new markets across Europe, scale its workforce, and to further develop the product. Flatpay had raised just under EUR 15 million before this latest Series B, and with this new funding, it’s now valued at well over EUR 100 million.
