Mazanti advises on the sale of ecoXpac A/S to BillerudKorsnäs

Mazanti Transactions has advised on the sale of EcoXpac A/S to Swedish listed company BillerudKorsnäs, a world-leading provider of primary fibre based packaging materials. 

BillerudKorsnäs is joining forces with German company ALPLA, a leading plastic packaging solutions provider. When the transaction is completed, BillerudKorsnäs and ALPLA will own equal parts of ecoXpac A/S and a minority post will be held by the founder family.

Mazanti Transactions has advised the majority seller throughout the entire process.
