Mazanti-Andersen advises Micro Matic A/S as it acquires Australian Andale Beverage Systems 

The Funen-based global market leader within beverage dispensing solutions Micro Matic A/S has acquired Andale Beverage Systems, which is the largest manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of draught beer equipment in Australia. 

Micro Matic and Andale have been partners for several years and with the acquisition, Micro Matic becomes a full service supplier of draught beer equipment to the Australian beverage industry.

Andale has warehouses, sales, service and installation teams in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne to complement its manufacturing facilities in Victoria and New South Wales. Micro Matic, which employs 750 people worldwide and has offices in 13 countries, intends to integrate its current Australian organisation into Andale’s organisation.
