Mazanti-Andersen invites you to a webinar on the Pay Transparency Directive and its impact on Danish employers.
The EU’s Pay Transparency Directive introduces a number of new requirements for employers and must be implemented in Denmark no later than 7 June 2026.
The Directive aims to strengthen the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value and introduces new rules on pay structures, job evaluation, the right to information, and pay reporting etc.
This webinar provides an overview of the Directive’s key provisions, its interplay with the Danish Equal Pay Act, and the practical implications for Danish employers.
We will place particular focus on the areas that are expected to require adjustments to companies' HR and pay practices.
